If we have a deep thought or a belief that we have carried through our past. A fear or hurt. We need to fully feel all of that feeling. Breathe and reflect. Think about where that thought resonates in our body. We can’t just put a bandaid on it. We have to work through it.
It is work to replace and grow into the thought and feeling we know serves us from the source of love. Think the new thought or manifestation. Say it out loud. Breathe it in deeply then exhale what you want to release. Repeat this 5 times. Take your time.
Be compassionate and patient with your transformation. Like all lasting relationships, even the one with yourself, will take love, honesty, and trust.
